Contact and registration form submissions are stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase in a UK or EU region. Access is restricted to Herbi4 staff acting on your enquiry. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to provide the information you have requested. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis.
